General information
Wear comfortable clothing & ideally refrain from bringing jewellery & valuables with you.
Our skilful practitioners will respect your privacy. Discreet draping adorns your body throughout treatments, providing you with warmth & honouring your personal space.
In consideration of others, we ask that all cellular phones & pagers be turned off.
To maintain a healthy, relaxing environment for all our clients, our salon has a no-smoking policy.
Management accepts no responsibilty for the loss of money, or of damage or loss to any valuables brought onto salon premises.
When to arrive
We request your arrival 10 minutes prior to your appointment which gives time to allow introductions, consultation & completion of your treatment questionnaire.
What if I am late
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. It is as a courtesy to all our clients that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Rates, Payment & Cancellation Policy
All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars & are inclusive of GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eftpos or cash.
24 hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee may be imposed for a “no show”.
